From Fragmented Cores to a Single Extraction Layer.

Every pipeline starts here. Kollect*ETL pulls records out of your core banking, cards, and host systems, on their schedule or yours, and stages them cleanly for everything downstream.

Extraction
What Extraction Does

Pull clean data out of any host in your estate.

Data Extraction is the first capability in the Kollect*ETL spine. It reads records from your core banking, cards, and host systems, in full or as incremental deltas, and stages them for transformation, validation, and loading.

01

Data Extraction

Pulling data out of any source system, on schedule or on demand
  • Source connectors for major core banking platforms (Silverlake, FlexCube, Finacle, Misys, Temenos)
  • Card management system extraction with full transaction depth
  • Database, flat-file, and host-extract feed support (fixed-width, delimited, XML, JSON)
  • Incremental (delta) and full-load extraction modes
  • Configurable extraction windows aligned with EOD or intra-day cycles
  • Exception capture for missing, partial, or malformed source records
Who benefits

Banks running heterogeneous core estates where each product line, cards, loans, mortgages, trade finance, sits on a different host. If your integration team is hand-building point-to-point extractors for every new feed, this is your starting capability.

How Extraction Works

Four steps from source to staging.

No custom code per feed. You configure a source once, choose how and when it runs, and Kollect*ETL handles capture, exceptions, and hand-off.

1

Connect

Point Kollect*ETL at your source through a pre-built connector. Credentials stay in your vault; nothing is stored in clear text.

2

Choose mode

Pick a full snapshot or an incremental delta, on an end-of-day, intra-day, or event-driven window that matches the source cycle.

3

Capture & stage

Records land in a staging area. Missing, partial, or malformed rows are captured as exceptions rather than silently dropped.

4

Hand off

Clean, typed rows flow straight into Transformation and the rest of the pipeline, with a record count for reconciliation.

Not sure which of your source systems Kollect*ETL can reach? We will map your host estate in a short integration assessment.
